Been with her for over 10 yrs. Saw the transformation she said shed never cave to.....Corp big time medical practice. Then.....to make things worse....."Iowa Clinic" or whatever yahoo group she was probably forced to become part of stopped accepting medicaid. Ive only been on it since April and was forced to go elsewhere. She (and her awesome staff) is gone and I hope Obamacare realizes this TRAVESTY!!!!! We did love the old Kim and my heart goes out to her. PS Staff and helpfulness GET 1 STAR. Plus Medicaid told me she wasn't taking my ins anymore by a letter. I called the clinic and they had no idea what I was talking about and to call back. I called one week later....sure enough, they don't take poor peoples medicaid. I DON'T in any way feel "entitled" just pretty hurt. We seemed close like a family. Its not a "Country Clinic" anymore!

Ever since she joined Iowa Clinic, care has been thrown out the window. Miss the old Dr Countryman.

Dr. Countryman is one of the finest physicians in the central Iowa area - general practice in Waukee Iowa. Great staff but Dr. Kim is beyond fantastic -our family has been patients over ten years.

I wish every doctor had her concern for individual patients. Due to my lack of insurance, I have struggled to pay for the simplest prescriptions. Dr. Countryman always manages to "magically" find enough samples to cover me. Even though I live in a different state now, I visit her once a year to get my physical at the same time I visit my family. She always finds an appointment time for me. She has been my doctor since I was a child, and noone has ever measured up to her level of care.

Dr Countyman is a wonderful, knowledgeable , compassionate doctor. She always has a solution or a pulse on any problem. Best of all she cares about me as a patient and has time to listen. she is the GREATEST!

I usually get a couple of words in before Dr. Countryman has made her diagnosis. I never feel satisfied when I leave her office.

Always has a great attitude and she values patients' input into their own health care decisions.

Dr. Kim has taken care of myself, my husband and my kids for a long time. We are always thankful for her helpful, insightful, and supportive care. Thanks for all you do!!
