He is a good doctor, but allows his LPN to diagnose and give medical advice even though she is NOT qualified. She's going to kill someone some day. He seems to promote her "playing" doctor.

Dr. McFarren is fine if you just need immunizations and treatment for minor, common illnesses. He seems extremely burned out on medicine. In fact, he's "overshared" at times and admitted that he should be retired (and wishes he was) but can't retire for financial reasons. I basically keep going back because my child is healthy and requires almost no medical care, and his nurse has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond anytime I've called.
