Aetna's EOB listed a 35 charge for SRVC REQUEST AFTR HRS ADD TO (date of visit). Office staff offered an early appt. I did not request one. No wonder we pay way too much for insurance. Feel the staff should tell consumers they do this so the consumer has a choice! Very disappointed here.

Dr. Jackson is rather punctual, with a helpful staff of nurses. He saved my life by detecting a cancer that my old doctor had not found, even though it had been there during at least 3 examinations (it was slow growing). There is no higher tribute to be paid to a doctor.

Been going to Dr. Jackson for years - like him very much. However, there has been a consistent problem with the staff on answering phones, returning calls, being placed on hold, etc. You can count on waiting for 10+ minutes when you're put on hold - quite frustrating. Once you're in the office, things move quickly and efficiently.
