Dr Woods is a negligent and lazy physician. Practicing medicine at his convenience rather than what is best for the patient. My husband entered the hospital with a routine appendectomy with no infection present. Rather than operating immediately as our GP had expected, Dr Woods kept us waiting for 4 days in order to perform surgery on his ‘regularly scheduled operating day’. The delay caused my husband to develop a severe infection. Due to the severe infection that was caused by Dr Woods negligence my husband’s surgery was longer and more complicated, he had to undergo the surgery while battling infection, and his post surgery recovery was longer and more complicated due to the fact that he was recovering not only from the surgery but also from a raging infection. We had to stay in the hospital a total of 9 days for what could have been a routine appendectomy
