Dr. Thompson had the worst bedside manner of any ER doctor I have ever seen. I was in immense pain because an impacted wisdom tooth was pushing on the nerves of another tooth. He felt the need to tell me about other patients worse off for me and "grandpas having strokes" but since I was making "so much noise" he figured he would see me. I told him I had taken Vicodin but it didn't work and he said I was supposed to take 2 with 3 ibuprofren and acted as if I was dumb for not knowing that. he said he would give me those and a shot of novocaine but that was "the best he could do" like I was pill-seeking or something. I just wanted the pain to stop, and he treated me like I was a burden.
