Ratings for Dr. Ronald D. Rosen
We have gone to Dr. Rosen with wonderful results. As to sending records to Dr. Rosen, I have worked in a medical office previously and it is very easy to Fax records to another office. Quite often the problem is with doctors who have been unsuccessful in treating and resent another type of doctor trying to treat a patient, especially chiropractic, accupuncture et. There is a bias.
Office staff and doctor are horribly rude to other providers offices. They expect all other providers offices to process their requests for records IMMEDIATELY because only their patients are important. As staff in another providers office I have been accused of purposely hindering a patients care because it took me more than 2 days to send records. As a general rule it can take 2-3 weeks but all medical offices have 30 days to process these requests. If the doctor and his staff are this impatient with other providers, just how do they treat their patients? I marked not on time because they always tell me they cannot see the patient because of me until the records are faxed, so they always have to wait at least 5-15 minutes.
