In 2003 I tore the cartilage and ligaments in the medial aspect of my knee. The first to orthopedic surgeons I saw said I needed a knee replacement but at the time I was fairly young and he said I would have to wait several years until I was much older before he would do the total knee replacement surgery. That was unacceptable. I was working full time as an ICU nurse and led a fairly active lifestyle. I was referred to Dr. Martini by a nurse case manager. He recommended a hemi-arthroplasty, which was a newer procedure at that time, and told me I should be able to go a good 10-12 years before needing a total knee replacement. It has been over 16 years since he did the hemi. I am thrilled to say that I have not yet required any further surgery. Dr. Martini gave me my life back. I was able to return to work, riding motorcycles, dancing, playing basketball with the kids. I can never give enough praise to him. He was a kind, caring, insightful, and patient physician. Thank you so much Dr. Martini. You are AWESOME.

I have seen Dr. Martini for injuries I sustained car accidents and pain related to my nerve condition of the past 15 years; I keep going back to him. He is very good at listening to your issues and dianosing your problem; he didn't guess or over treat my problems with unnecessary tests, medicine, or physical therapy. Each time I've seen him in the past I got better; that's more than good enough for me.

Dr. Martini and Kevin PA are absolutely wonderful! I can't say enough about the excellent care I have received from both of them. They both take the time to listen and answer all of your questions. I will be back to see them for future care.

Dr. Martini and his assitant Kevin were terrific in presenting the facts for my rotary cuff surgery. It is not an easy recouperation but their forcast of months to heal were "spot on ". I am 5 months into healing and he is now addressing the other shoulder wit h options that will be my choice. I enjoy Dr. Maritin's upbeat demeanour which full respect of the discomfort and serious pain I was expriencing 2017. Obviously I trust his judgement and will have the other shoulder surgically replaced Oct. 2018.

I have had 2 surgeries recently with Dr. Martini. Both went exceptionally well. He does a great job as a surgeon, he spends time with you to help you understand all during the process, and the staff is great as well. I am rarely wait more than 10 minutes for an appt. My repairs are healing way ahead of schedule. I have also referred a friend.

Worst experience of my life. I read my x-ray better then him and I'm not a doctor. After he butchered me, I found a better doctor that corrected Dr. Martini's mistakes.

I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I had my paperwork ready before my appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early and was not called from the waiting room until 30 minutes after my appointment at which time I was at the desk telling the receptionist to cancel my appointment. I had waited 50 minutes without anyone bothering to inform me how late they were running or when I might be called. As I left, a woman told me that she was in the same situation. I think that Dr. Martini is an excellent physician but obviously the scheduling policies at Cary Orthopedics have him overworked and show gross disrespect for patients and their only concern is making as much money as they can by scheduling appointments too close together.

Dr. Martini is great. He's very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I went in with a shoulder problem. He tried exhausting all efforts before resulting to surgery. When I did have surgery it went very smooth and I had no problems. I healed faster than expected and I owe part of that to his great repair job. With all his knowledge you sometimes have to ask him to dumb it down a little for your understanding, but over all he's a great guy and I recommend him to all my friends with injuries.
