Ratings for Dr. Abraham I. Sinnreich
I have been seeing Dr. Sinnereich for over a year. I was experiencing chronic hearing loss, nasal congestion, and recently vertigo . Dr. Sinnreich is a caring, compassionate & knowledgeable physician. He took the time to listen, ask directive & traget questions & help me to articulate my symptoms to get a more accurate diagnosis. He ordered tests specific to the areas of concern he & I had. Dr Sinnreich prescribed medications to help address my immediate discomfort with consideration to other medical issues I presently have. He answered all my call backs to the office. Dr Sinnreich can think “outside the box “ & as a cancer survivor I found his manner of professionalism thorough & reassuring.
Dr Sinnreich never kept me waiting longer than 5 mins from the appointment time, and saw me after only 1 or 2 mins wait time in his office. He was very knowledgable, professional, and pleasant. I'm happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a specialist for ENT issues.
I saw DR Sinnreich when I could not get an appointment with DR Seiko. When he saw me I said I always come to ENT allergy and he replied , I must be second fiddle you always see Dr Seiko. I started to explain my condition and he said get to the point. Very poor bedside manner and did nothing to try and alleviate my anxieties. I had a eustation tube problem and he wanted me to go to an audiologist. Also he only looked in my ears. He never looked up the nose or at my throat to see how congested I was. Terrible doctor, cold and heartless. I would never see him again. I should demand my money back for the visit
Misdiagnosis, rude, never going back , felt sorry for the staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Sinnreich since 1989. I had seen other ENT's prior and after many surgeries and time spent, there was no improvement. My first appointment was at his Lily Pond Ave. office. It was crowded and I waited awhile to be seen. Then I found out why. This doctor SPENDS TIME with you! He is very matter of fact and very knowledgeable. He performed a surgery on my nasal polyps that gave me relief for years. I followed him to ENT Allergy Assoc. and to his new office. I have sent multiple friends and family to see him and I have been thanked for it. Although he might not seem all warm and fuzzy be rest assured you are getting the best possible care. When it came to the point where my condition was beyond his expertise, he did not attempt to string me along to keep me at his practice possibly resulting in no relief and, at worst, a possible misdiagnosis. He referred me to a new doctor that he felt could help me within the ENT Assoc. (Dr. Shohet) who has helped me immensely. That's a good doctor. One who cares so much for you that he is willing to send you elsewhere. After all these years I condsider him a friend. His humor is not for everyone, but If you want comedy go to Caroline's. If you want great medical care, experience, wisdom, and the best staff out there go to Dr. Sinnreich.
This is a terrible doctor. First and last time seeing him.
