staff is slow, rude and unreliable prepare to wait 3+ hours after scheduled appointment time, the clinic imposes a 20min max / appointment rule and he takes the time he needs with each patient he knows his medicine and can explain his choices but he can't be counted on for a follow up its hard to get an appointment at all, and when you do, it's often canceled, and he spends half the year taking unplanned sick leave he's nice and knows his stuff so once you're in front of him he's great, but don't expect him to be there to follow up or adjust meds one great point: he has a nurse you can email about stuff, so if you had some dramatic tragedy maybe he can see you this week

He is a good physician. If you want to see him, prepare to wait on your chair, and wait a long time. Too bad he is not able to control this problem, because of the waiting time, I had to leave several times. I had to get another doctor. Too bad because he is a very good doctor and a very compassionate man. He is also very intelligent.

Dr. Cooper is an excellent physician. I had a big problem and he literally saved my life with his patience and devotion. I recommend him to anyone. He has many patients, so he can sometimes be late. But the wait is worth your while.

Dr. Cooper is very busy and difficult to reach because of his many patients. However, if you have a real problem and you email him, he will tell you to come to his office before hours the next day and he will help you. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and he is passionate about his work. He explains exactly what is happening and why in your body. As many people mentioned here, he wants to find the solution to your problem. He is a bit like Dr. House that way. He also keeps up with all the new remedies and treatments that some doctors don't even know they exist. He is the best doctor I've seen so far. He really takes interest in you well-being. :)

Because Dr. Cooper, took more than one month to sign a form, my insurance benefits were suspended. This has caused me and my family considerable stress. This is a blatant disregard for my welfare as a patient. As well, the staff at the clinic are not very helpful. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I have made a formal complaint about this to the Quebec College of Physicians.

If you must deal with this doctor, make sure he clearly understands why you are seeing him. In my case, he confused me with another English-speaking patient and wrote a prescription for a completely different ailment.
