I just recently had an appointment with Dr. Bispo. I found him to be just what my friends who recommended him to me said. He was so nice, explained everything he was doing and put me right at ease. I am so sorry I never went to him before. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new ob/gyn doctor. He is everything you would want in a doctor.

LOve Love love this office. Just delivered my 4th baby and couldnt be happier. I was high-risk for all of my pregnancies. Dr Bispo and Carolyn were wonderful. They took great care of me and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The support staff is great and Im always greeted warmly when signing in or making an appointment. The nurse was great when I had questions and would call me back within a few mins. Def recommend!

I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago and this is my first pregnancy. The receptionist I spoke with asked how far along I was and I said I didn't know. So, they said they wouldn't see me until almost four weeks later. With this being my first time, I have so many questions. I feel like a bother every time I call the office. Yesterday, I had some light bleeding and talked to the doctor on call. He recommended calling the office in the morning and to be seen by the doctor. The office told me to come get paper work for blood tests and an ultrasound. I still have no answers, have not seen the doctor, and am still very nervous. I will be calling a new doctor tomorrow, hopefully I can find an office who seems even slightly concerned for my baby and me.

I would give less stars if I could. When I called in to schedule a visit I told the receptionist that I didn't know how far along I was and given the fact that I was on a few medications and over 35 with 2 previous miscarriages that I should be seen sooner than later. She asked me when I found out I was expecting and I told her the date. She dismissed me by saying "Well you probably aren't even 8 weeks yet so we can see you until mid-August." I'm guessing the staff there is psychic! A week ago I had a miscarriage which measured me at 12 weeks along, 4 weeks past the 8 week cut-off. When I called to cancel my appointment I was treated like a bother and was thrown a hasty "Sorry." Sorry doesn't cover this whole mess. So if you are pregnant and high risk, find someone else who actually gives a darn about women and babies.

I can't say enough about this office! Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. I've been a patient for 5 yrs and find both Dr. Bispo and Carolyn Rivera NP very professional and knowledgeable. I found if you leave a voice mail, someone will return your call within an appropriate amount of time. I will say that there can be a bit of a wait to get an appt with Dr. Bispo but its well worth it! Thanks for 3 great pregnancy experiences!

Dr. Bispo and NP Rivera are absolutely great! The support staff...not so. Prescriptions called to provider incorrectly or not at all. Call the office to correct this and you have to wait through a long voice mail message with two choices, make an appointment or speak to the nurse. Pick the first and if you’re not making an appointment, you’re transferred to the nurse, the nurses line is another voice mail. The “if you’re in labor number” should be given right away, don’t make a woman in labor wait for the number to call. If you don’t work outside the home and need to be at your work location, the excellent care is worth the aggravation but for working women, you’ll have to think this through.

Dr. Bispo is a great ob/gyn. I can't say enough great things about it! He makes you feel comfortable, not rushed, and will answer any questions you have. I've heard nothing but great things about him before I made my first appt with him over 3 yrs ago and continue to hear great things. I tell everyone I know to go to Dr. Bispo. He is wonderful!

I love Dr Bispo. and His apn they are so sweet and down to earth . They make you fel so comfortable. The officer manager is very nice as well. My only complaint is the miserable woman who sits at the front window. She is always so rude. She doesn't even say hello . sometimes. I love DR Bispo though he is awesome .
