Ratings for Dr. Jodi A. Fiedler
Very disrespectful towards patients. Waited over an hour in exam room in exam gown, and was freezing. She is consistently late and books at least 2-3 appointments for a 15 minute slot. will not see her again as this is a repeated scenario every time I have gone as well as for my husband and friends. She pushes the cosmetic side of her business even when you go for a medical appointment. Very bottom line oriented... Felt like a number not a human being.
Repeatedly late with appointments, 1-1.5hr past appointment time, no respect for patients time
Both Dr. Fieldler and her partner, Dr. Topper, constantly run about an hour or more behind on their appointments. They only spend a couple of minutes with you, and don't take the time to listen to your problem. The nurse gives the injections if you're getting a biopsy done. All the Doctor does is cut it out and leaves the room, leaving you with the nurse who has to give you instructions on care of the wound, and follow up instructions too. I have to agree with one of the other people that commented, and confirm that some of the staff are extremely rude. I believe that the practice schedules around 20 or so people for the same 15 minute appointment slot. Thank goodness that I've now found a kind and caring Doctor who spends time with you, and listens to all your concerns. He also doesn't schedule hundreds of patients at the same time.
They give you a pager like a resturant. Wait time could be 2 hours. Not enough seats in wating room. Terrible office. Miserable staff attitude. Avoid this office.
Laser hear removal, did not work.We were anhappy with her.I went second time for my sking condition and had to get second opinion, diagnoz was wrong. She is not letting you talk
She spends very little time with you, gives a very cursory examination, and seems totally disinterested in her patient. Too bad, since she has great credentials. Maybe she just doesn't like her job...who knows.
Too rushed. Didn't allow me to ask questions.
She diagnosed my 6 year old son as having eczema from about 6 feet away across the exam room. He did not have eczema, but a typical fungal infection of the toenails usually seen in older people that was subsequently cured by an oral medication. She didn't even get close enough, just glanced up from his chart and said "eczema" and prescribed some worthless cream
Dr.Fiedler diagnosed my skin condition immediately and prescribed exactly what cured it.She did a little minor surgery on my teenage daughter and was very caring and made my daughter very comfortable. She does tend to run late but I know that even I have had things come up during exam that extended her time with me.I highly recommend.
