He is a great eye doctor. The problem we had was my contact lenses were ordered and when I got them I had received the wrong prescription. So I had to call the office and Mary got me the right lenses after a return and exchange. So it was corrected. I had to ask for the complimentary travel contact lens cleaner case/sample box this time and usually they just give you it when you get trial lenses. Jeanie the optician is nice knowledgable but if you call the office to speak with her all you get is the standard in with customer and into voicemail you go to which you never get a call back! Very expensive product line but if you got insurance it's a plus. The receipt is not clear. I have a big issue with this business receipts. They don't show itemized breakdowns of out of pocket and what insurance pays for. The glasses my wife had did have the paperwork of complete breakdown. So overall good place but could improve.

New patient but arrived late, nonetheless the staff was understanding and courteous. Dr. Lance, the receptionist and Mary are true professionals with years of expertise. Dr. Lance listened to my history and my concerns about my eyes and then diagnosed me accurately. I see better than I ever have in yrs. I'm at the age where I need bifocal glasses BUT this transition can be a hard abrupt adjustment. Being both a full time contact wearer who also uses glasses, this type of transition from single vision is challenging. On my first visit, he made the leap. I have transition contact lenses that are durable and wonderful. I can read & see distance with the same contacts. Remarkable!!! All without an "adjustment" period too. I stand amazed!! I feel very comfortable and confident with my new Doctor. I was with my prior Dr., Dr DeLuca for 20 yrs but since I moved, the commute was too far. He referred me to Dr Lance and I am more than satisfied. Thank you Dr. DeLuca! Thank you Dr. Lance!!!!!

Very thorough eye care. The staff and Dr. were all very proffesional, friendly and informative. The vision with my new glasses are the best I have ever seen. Definite recommend.

What a wonderful office-from the friendly staff, great techs, state of the art computer equipment, and a doctor that gave me the best eye exam ever. Not only did he get my vision to 20/20 which no other doctor has been able to acheive, he also made sure my retinas were healthy. This was very important to me since I have had multiple retinal tears. I highly recommend this office and doctor. All very caring people.

Stae of the art! I used to have huge problems with headlights making a starlight effect while driving at night= especially in the rain. New lenses and non-glare coating have ended the problem.

When I came into the office I was told that I had cancelled my appointment, which I hadn't. The optician refused to let me look at the glasses in which I was interested. After finally receiving the glasses, they were not properly adjusted. I took them elsewhere for adjustment and was told that the screws were stripped and there was nothing they could do. My husband brought this to the dr.'s attention and he said that he would provide another pair for free. When I went into the office his story changed dramatically and I ended up having to pay for a new pair of glasses.
