Ratings for Dr. Karen Bradley
Dr. Bradley has changed my life. She is an amazing doctor and person. I would, and have, recommended friends and family to her and the WGCA. The staff is helpful, punctual and make you feel important. Dr. Bradley takes her time and makes sure you don't leave with an questions unanswered. She has even called me at home on her day off. A personal experience that is very rare to find these days.
The staff is nice. However, you will spend more time going through the phone menu that you will every spend with a doctor or nurse. I had a uterine sonogram at their office. It was the worst experience of my life. I became very ill during after the procedure. Dr. Bradley left the room while I was sick leaving me with a tech who didn't know what to do - but she was nice!. Dr. Bradley has been totally unresponsive. Try to get a call back... Four days later I'm still ill and a nurse - not the doctor - finally called and said "things will taper off - take 600 mg ibuprofen - I will change doctors and the practice immediately.
Dr. Bradley is so caring. She takes time in explaining so you understand, she will answer any questions you have. She makes you feel so comfortable you almost forget your at the gyno. If you ever have questions or your concerned, you could call the office and leave a message for her and she will personally call you back. She is great, I'd recommend her to anybody.
I saw Dr. Bradley when my regular OBGYN wasn't available. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. She explains things well and takes time to answer your questions. She is very easy to talk to and encourages the patient to advocate for herself. Excellent doctor!
