My spouse had a toothache and needed a root canal. He did not have dental insurance and is unemployed since he's a student. We went to Dr. Naffas, and the root canal was performed. I had to pay out-of-pocket, but they gave a cash discount which helped me a bit. Dr. Naffas has a great personality and is very kind and trustworthy with a great work ethic, and the same goes with his dental assistants. I reinstated our employer dental insurance for 2012, and if it weren't for the distance, we would continue to go to Dr. Naffas. My only complaint is his office manager is very pushy and focused on the money, and although I trust Dr. Naffas, I don't trust the office manager. There was an incident with her where it took 2 weeks to get the estimate as to the treatment plan my spouse needs, and that should only take a couple days at most. Dr. Naffas and his dental assistants get a 5-star rating from me, but his office manager gets a 1-star.
A++ dentist.Very punctual. Does not keep you waiting for long. He is very professional, friendly and humorous. Keeps you up to speed with what he is doing. He will take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns. His staff is nice, his office manager, is average. Besides that, I highly recommend him.
