Ratings for Dr. Mark J. Morrow
Dr. Morrow can be cold and dismissive to the patient, but is intelligent and well informed. He is not a good choice for a patient who is intimidated easily by a cold hearted physician. His office staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a physician's office.
MS Specialist "par excellence!" Incredibly knowledgeable, intense and smart. Willing to think outside the box. Manner is a little cold and always seems rushed, but actually listens intently. Totally up-to-date on current research. Is also a researcher himself.
I've been seeing this doctor for some time. He is thorough and appropriately aggressive with treatment, and he really knows his stuff. However, I find him to be dismissive at times and a bit cold in his demeanor. However, his staff - particularly his main scheduling secretary - is rude and impossible to deal with, and he is rarely on time.
