I saw Dr Sun after a major car accident, she didn’t even care just typed on her computer and said I would be fine. On a follow up a few months later she stood in front of me asking me why I was there, I told her my symptoms and she brushed me off and told me to see a Physio. Would never recommend her to anyone!

Terrible doctor. Annoyed at my presence. Completely uninterested throughout the 4 minute visit.

Awful, awful, awful doctor. I talked about my bladder problem and my hair loss because I'm loosing a lot of hair and becoming bald. I asked her if she could request hormonal tests and thyroid tests to find the cause of my persistent hair loss (more than 1 year). She said that I don't need hormonal tests ( I'm 46 years female) and request some thyroid tests. I was very sad and I started crying. She never looked at me and she said that she had more patients to see. I don't believe in the positive comments that I've read about her like "very caring and understanding "

I waited 4 hours to see her. I had all symptoms of hypothyroidism and was concerned because my tsh level was 5.45 when the range is 0.30 a 5.50. I didn't have any of the 10 or more symptoms I had written down a year ago. I explained that I researched it and lots of people have all the symptoms when in range and that the range is too large to begin with. She seemed annoyed and asked my symptoms. When I listed them, all she said was maybe I was just depressed, and having a mood. My symptoms were pretty much ignored and she offered me nothing. She said medication was only given to people with levels of 10 or higher. She didn't seem to care at all, didn't even offer to get more blood work done. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

Terrible Doctor! Extremely rude manners. She will not listen to your concerns. She will develop her own pre-conceived notions about you. She ignored my questions and told me to look them up on the internet! My complaint has been filed with the College of Physician's and if you have a similar experience, I'd advise you to do the same. Never in my life have I been so shocked by the way a doctor treated her patient.

SHE REALLY IN A HURRY. AFTER ALL, SHE DONT HAVE A PERSONAL TOUCH, WHICH IN EVERY DOCTOR SHOULD HAVE. WELL SHE JUST LIKE US, BOTHERED BY UPBRINGING AND CULTURAL STUFF. SHE IS MADE OF WHAT SHE IS TO HER PATIENTS.

I signed up for this site just to rate Dr. Sun, due to the many negative reviews I found here. I just wanted to thank the staff and Dr. Sun for going the extra mile to get me in to see a female doctor even though she was at the end of her shift. Despite working 'overtime' to see me, she was friendly and polite and completed my exam without making me feel rushed. Her and her reception staff were helpful and competent. I have no complaints.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosemarie Sun for sometime now She is very Knowledgeable,very caring and understanding very helpful to me and just a really nice person. She is the only Doctor i would want to see not to mention She is absolutely beautiful.
