Ratings for Dr. Phillip L. McGhee
He Went To a new Building and the "Pat" that some said was so nice (and she was) Is no longer employed be him. Tanner runs the show, Thay stay between you and the doctor. An If you loose your job and he says "dont cry, we will work something out", The first time you talk to the front desk, Thay refuse to see you and say "The doctor says you have to pay before he will see you". Clearly the doctor and the front desk are not on the same page, Can't get in touch to explain what is going on, thay never give your message to him, In one case I saw A husband and wife both out of work and was there by his request, But when thay got there The lady at the front said somethng about he would not even help fill out patent in need papers unless thay pay now. Shame what happen, Thay waited in hopes he might see them in the office, The Office manager called the cops and ran them off. I informed them I would not need there care any more and change to a NON tanner doctor.
Dr. McGhee schedules his patients' appointments so that he can give undivided attention to each of them. He (and his nurse Pat) always listen to any symptom or complaint that I may have so that they may better understand my condition and treat it accordingly. Even though he is extremely knowledgeable, if I ask a question that he is not sure about, he will research it and respond to my concerns before I leave his office.
