Ratings for Dr. Hunter Blair
One of the best family doctors in the province, wide range of knowledge. Always open to learning new things. Has been my doctor for 25 years, is not arrogant and will listen to the patients knowledge. I have been all around the province to various practices and specialists. He also has a great sense of humor and manor. He is 70 now and ill a lot, but since i have viewed his career for years i cannot hold that against him. He also does walk in clinics and accepts non registered patients unless recently changed.
Dr Blair has cared for my parents for many years, and was my childhood physician. He manages to work through restrictions that should cripple his practice. I am thankful that he is still practicing. What would Barrington do if his patient-load was suddenly looking for a doctor?
Dedicated 28 years to Barrington, and Shelburne Co. generally. He has endured years of BS at the hands of authorities, and yet is still here. He could have moved anywhere in the country, and despite his health issues, and the lack of access to Specialists, he has doggedly remained loyal to his patient load. He is under-appreciated, and for those that criticise him, what would you have done if he was not there?
My mother goes to Dr. Blair. He is always very kind and patient with her. He has helped her a great deal. Never rushes her or brushes aside her problems but tries hard to find a solution. He keeps a close watch on her and I wish there were more doctors like him in the area.
