Dr. Rodriguez dos not manage her office. The entire operation is non responsive to it's patients and this is the result when the person at the top does not manage from the top down. The office is beautiful (very impressive) but the doctor is on an ego trip. He name and pictures are on everything. Her lack of management skills fails to the degree that left hand does not know what thee right is doing. I have been a patient for the past five years and nothing gets corrected, she has you fill out countless forms in an effort to improve but then does nothing about your complaint. The referral process is a disaster!!!! Nothing is ever easy, one needs to keep calling to get something done and when all you get is a recording you need to go to the office. It's always everyone else's fault, the constant excuse is that "it was sent" and it doesn't make any difference if it is doctor A through Z the result is always the same (Never received). After a while one begins to get the picture NO MANAGEMENT OR FOLLOW THROUGH. This office is very convenient for me but it doesn't do me any good if every time I go for an appointment I have to sit there for an hour and a half before being seen and all that time my blood pressure goes up and my physical well being deteriorates.

A Business women more than a Dr., so involved in running a business and keeping all the old folks entertained, Been going there for 3 years and only saw her twice...If you want an appt...you are asked if you will see the PA...well if you want a appt. then you say yes. Also lots of different PA's in the 3 years...they used to call you to remind you you need blood work...but they must be to busy checking off the rsvps...for parties. Yes, she throws lots of parties and has a photogropher & shows the pictures on video screens all over the offices...so a lot of the people don't mind waiting while looking for thenselves on the monitors. Bad experiences include, a PA misdiagnosing bronchitis and calling it a sinus infection(same antibiotics don't work for both. Also, not reminding of blood work where they were watching my PSA..well I have prostrate cancer, the worst was a friend who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, but was never told the seriousness of the disease. He's dead!!
