Brilliant! Very friendly.. Been having my problems for years. Went to Mayo twice for evaluation with gastroenterology doctor who tried but to no avail. Saw Dr Lal, as they call him. Pleasant gentleman, told me what his suspicion was on my first evaluation and work up revealed the same !!!! Brilliant! Fixed my problem spot on! Very impressed. Seven years of frustration coming to an end. Recommend him highly.

Dr Lal saved my life! I don't know how to thank him. Met him at the hospital when I was in the ICU. Was seeing another GI doctor. Who was nice but advised me to be transferred to Mayo or Shands when I was in a critical situation. He could not tell me what was wrong after me surgery. One of the nurses suggested that he is very good with these situations and my best hope. He figured out that my bile duct was nicked at surgery and that got me into septic shock. He took me into what he called ERCP and put a stent in and had a drain put in. It helped save my life. Through out this time he was calm and compassionate and reassuring. I trust his judgement greatly. I later discovered when I went to his office that there were two other patients like me in the waiting area who felt the same. God blessed him with hands to heal and I will always be indebted to him for the rest of my life. ... Nancy T, The Villages , FL

I waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor. Many employees work here for one doctor, some were so new that they had to ask someone else in order to answer my questions. I tried to call back to ask questions about my pending colonoscopy, the phone line was busy for days. I was given a date but no time for my colonoscopy, they were to call "a few days" ahead of the day. I learned the colon prep was no longer being used by many/most doctors, as well as 3 days before the procedure I still did not know what time to tell my driver. I decided to go to a different doctor for my colonoscopy.

app,05/04/2011 never saw the doctor never gave him a chance.my problem was with the waiting area and what i could see of the office . Nasty, dirty walls, dirty floor and carpet dead bug behind lamp table, windows looked as if they hadnt been washed in years. touched the window sill and mf finger was full of dirt as another patient watched and shook her head. That was enough went to the window asked for a card and walked out the door. called right away and spoke to the recep. told her who i was and wouldnt be coming back in . told her why all she did was blame it on the "landlord" im sorry but i didnt know landlords were responsible for keeping your office clean gimmee a break told me to try back in a couple weeks they are moving.dont know the doctor, never met him , have nothing against him,but the bottom line is this, i except a "DOCTORS" office to be clean ,if not immaculate. cleanliness is next to godliness, and first impressions are everything, and iwas going for a COLONOSTOPY
