Ratings for Dr. Susan Clark
Dr. Clark has been my GP for over 10 years and has been caring helpfull and extremely attentive. If you are having problems with her you might want to check the mirror first. She has treated me for numerous problems from torn knees to depression and has never been anything but supportive. She has gone the extra mile to get me into specialists and schedule tests and takes time during exams to make sure the medicatioins prescribed are doing what they should. Very happy with her!
Is a good GP, as far as writing prescriptions, keeping on top of that. But if you are a patient, who is not easily dxed, she does not want to put in the effort. I had to go to Emergency several times, and they said "Time for a new Dr!" I was encouraged by other Drs to ask for specific tests. It angered her and she refused. She literally threw me out of her office if I would not "admit it was in my head". It was devastating to be seriously ill, and have no Dr. I have since found a new GP and have been dxed as having a serious medical condition. Dr C has 3 responses to your symptoms, "Are you sure it's not in your head?" "You are over 40" and "You need to lose weight".. Dr Clark becomes easily stressed and takes it out on the patient. If you are not a patient with an illness, who needs to see the Dr frequently, that may be the reason you have not noticed this. I wouldn't say run from this Dr, but do not let her intimidate into believing it's all in your head.
The best Dr ever!!Very helpful, great listener, tell her you want something done ex-some test for something you think you might have,(even though she feels that isn't the issue) she will get you an appointment for a peace of mind! Love her and I hope (not to be selfish) that she doesn't do away again!! Im a long term patient and if you can get in do it you will not be dissapointed!
