Bad ,bad ,bad--- do not go there unless there is no other option. Semms like is on drugs or something. Making mistakes on medical form. That ignorance and lack of patient attention.

This guy is useless. He doesn't know anything but refill prescriptions without seeing you, I dunno how he does this though, because doctors are not supposed to be doing this anymore without seeing you withen 6 months. Basically a useless doctor who doesn't really care and has no idea as to what he is doing.

Dr. Chung is British trained and goes a great deal on clinical signs Sure some patients complain that his office is messy and the receptionist seemed a bit stressed What they do not get is that Dr. Chung is from the old school - most dedicated and puts in tons of hours , with an almost overwhelming amount of patients. Doctors in Canada have to be 100 % thorough and sure - there are no excuses from their college and patients as well. Hence if you wish to get good thorough service it just takes time - both for you - and the people before you Its hard to get a GP , many new doctors only put in part time limited hours. Many are retiring now at an early age - they have had enough. To his credit Doctor Chung puts in an extraordinary amount of hours , plus if called on off hours instead of an answering machine telling you to go to a hospital emergency department ( where you most likely will not get served) he returns phone calls - even after hours most promptly

Poor doctor, ignores patients, doesn't give test results, can't get a straight answer from him no matter what the issue. Does he know how to say anything more than "uh, huh"? Be nice if he at least made it look like he was talking to you when he grunted...still haven't received results from tests a few years ago, had them redone at walk-in or hospitals because I just couldn't wait for him.

for all those that don't know he has left his practice. I was in to see him and two weeks latier, the druggist told me. Never even said a word. Dr. Chung has lost test results, never responed to other or my suggestions for further tests. Had to go to walk in clinic after seeing him, for better treatment. The fastist result I have gotten from him is when I said I wanted my file. Less then a week. Glad he is retired, or what ever?????????

He is obviously a caring doctor. He was saw my grandmother when she did not have a family doctor after her heart attack. Who cares if his office is messy and that he is so busy. At least he is a doctor who cares about people.

I find his office looks like a turnado just swept through it. Very disorganized, and files should NEVER be left in such a mess. Disgusting! When I speak to him all he says is "Uhmm, yeh, Uhmm, Yeh. Uhmm. I took my Grandaughter to get a flu shot who is highly afraid of needles. He says "It is not going to hurt that much! That did not help the situation. He needs to get a new secretary. That one is braindead. He is Kook a reeko! He is disorganized with the files and does not have a clue how to book appointments. He books 10 appointments for the same time. He definitely needs a receptionist course.

Busy but seems to pay attention once you do have his time. Seems knowledgeable and seems to be a good listener.

If you have a personal non-emergency, your appt. is booked that same day. Eliminating Emergency treatment at the hospital and wasting the hospital's time and your own. Kudos to Dr.Chung. He assesses:communicates clearly; asks and answers questions prior to diagnosis. I always have a list of concerns for non-emergency problems, in addition to the reason in which I made an appointment. If you do the same, he will respect that and discuss all your concerns. He's professional and I hold him in he highest regard of Doctor's. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years.
