Dr Tello is so psychotic that he claims that mellow people are "bipolar with psychotic tendencies". I wouldn't give him any ammunition, so he resorted to falsifying medical records. The psychotic doctor also has a bias against real medicine. He claims that the first medicine is "very bad for mental health". He doesn't know that the 1930's is over. In the 1930's, the tabloids portrayed Hispanics and Afro-Americans as "insane on pot". That's why the best medicine was criminalized. Dr Tello isn't Hispanic. That's ridiculous. Spaniards are Europeans. Spain is in Europe, not Latin America. Dr Tello is a Spaniard-American. I already knew that many whites know the Spanish language, so the racist doctor didn't fool me. If he wasn't a white supremacist, then he wouldn't claim that herb is "very bad for mental health". The herb is relaxing, therefore it doesn't cause "paranoia". The 1930's ended a long time ago. Dr Tello still thinks that jazz musicians and Mexican migrant workers are out to get him because they're "suspicious and paranoid". What a dufus!
