he seems very nonchalant and I called on Monday to ask for a different medication as the one I was on did not help. It is Thursday and although his asst did call back Tues to verify what I needed, he still has not called back.

Robin Tuchler has been my doctor for several years. He is very caring, always thorough and is very good at discovering the underlying cause of pain, etc. The staff at Presbyterian Northside is very compassionate and seem to be very well-trained in the performance of their individual responsibilities.

Dr. Tuchler is good if you don't need real complicated care. His 1st available is always more than 2 months out. He can tend to downplay your symptoms just because of time that he doesn't have to follow through. He's nice but being nice doesn't save lives.

Dr Tuchler and his staff truly represent the best that the medical community has to offer. There have been times when I have waited a bit longer than I would have liked, but once you are in the exam room he spends a lot of time asking questions and really thinking through your situation. His assessments and diagnosis have always been right on the mark. His physicians assistant is also top-notch.

Dr. Tuchler is one of THE best doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting. Though the time to wait on an appointment from him can range from 20 minutes to over an hour, it is only due to the vast amount of people that are unwilling to see anyone else. He always asks how the family is doing, even comes in and offers up hugs. He's concerned with the broad spectrum of treating - as though you being a human being matters to him greatly - and he's not looking at you as another payment. I can honestly say I don't know where I'm going to go once Dr. Tuchler retires - I have never experienced the rate of service he gives, nor his nurses that also care for you like a human being. His practice is fantastic and if you can handle the wait for an appointment, you won't be sorry.
