Dr. Hamer was very polite and caring. He explained my condition to me very well, in words that I could understand. He did seem to be rushed at times. I only had 2 visits with him and he called me instead of me having to go to his office to tell me that he was refering me to a neurosurgeon. His insurance clerk was rude and slow in getting approval from my insurance company. I also caught her in several lies. The other staff members were nice. I would recomend Dr. Hamer to anyone who needs to be seen by a neurologist.

Should have fired him as a doctor a long time ago. If you don't agree with him, watch out! And... don't do your own research as he will fly off the handle at you. Patient beware.. I know there are few choices in Longivew, but please pick the others.. or go to Tyler or Shreveport. Save yourself the headaches..
