Dr. Collis did a wonderful job treating my back pain. He took the time to explain everything to me. The injections were virtually pain free. Very good bedside manner.

This Dr wasted my time. Went for neck and arm pain. After giving me trigger point injections. He refused to prescribe anything more than tramadol for my severe pain. Told me that looking at my MRI results that can't be having such severe pain. Wrote the prescription for 2 weeks and then told me yo come back in 2 months. One of his nurses also laughed at me when I described how severe my pain was. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. Extreamly long wait times.

I received a series of epidural shots for my SI joint, the first round went pretty good and helped more than I'd ever thought it would. But, just recently had the other side done and I jerked during the procedure and yelled ouch and instead of him stopping he said to hold still and he'd be done, needless to say I was told he knicked my nerve and I have been suffering every since! I've been going to physical therapy and have had to be off of work because of this incident. Also I had called his office to speak with him or a nurse to find out I tried calling 3 times and left voicemail saying I had to go to the ER and was there for 6 hrs trying to control my pain and they never called me back!

After 3 painful and unsuccessful epidural treatments, I was put on several different medications that I was allergic to. I suppose he didn't like me calling and bothering him every time I had a severe reaction so he made me come in each time till I found the right one. After waiting for the Dr for an hour one afternoon, I got a call from my daughter that she had been in an accident. I rushed to her as a Mother would. Two days later I get a letter from the Doctor saying I am released from his practice because I skipped out on a drug screen. What? He's too busy with tennis, or golf, or whatever this guy does. Steer clear. He's a jerk.

Does not adequately treat pain with medication. During procedures performed will not say hello to patient before procedure. Poor bedside manner. I just want to be treated like I MANNER TO HIM! Iwould like to think he really does care and that his patients are not just another insurance claim.

This guy misdiagnosed me and made my condition worse. He sees 45 patients per hour and likes to give everyone the same treatment; painful epidural shots that make money for him, but are dangerous for his patients. AVOID

I found him crass and rude. He suggested therapy and dismissed me. He walked in and was gone in five minutes. He acted as if I was bothering him. I actually should have contacted insurance and demanded he not receive payment. I was blown away by his treatment of a new paitent. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone with serious medical condition. By the way I was not seeking narcotics just relief from carpal tunnel pain. I left knowing he would never see me again, as he left room asking I return in one month. Beware!!!

Did not provide any information on options for pain management during follow up visit as promised. All he wanted was a number on the pain scale for his records. He should have paid me for my time rather than the other way around. Very hurried and impatient.
