I just called to make an appt. and found out a very good Dr.,human being, and friend is no longer there. I am very upset over this. I don't know what happened and I don't care what anyone else says. I hope to find you again Dr. LeB. I'll miss you. You are a good man and Dr. Thanks for being there, listening, caring, and helping.Always Cheryl H

When I wend there about 2 years ago, the service was prompt and the staff was nice, Everytime I go there now, I have to wait for 1.5 to 2 hours! That's ridiculous. I saw Jeff and he was a good Dr. but since he was always running late, I can't afford to wait that long. Their staff won't refill prescriptions over the phone or even fax refills. The staff needs to realize that we are the "customers" and to treat us with a little more respect. Overbooking is the reason for these long delays.

Dr.LeBlanc was the best thing that has happened to me since I moved to Arizona. But now that he disappeared, I'm so lost. Please come back. You are so needed.

my mother(87) has been a patient of dr. leblanc for 4 years. he has always been very good to my mom, however he does need a professional front office to manage his patient load. and i just found out on 5-12-09 that he has closed his office. as far as i know there was no notification to anyone about his practice closing. it would have been nice to know. dr. leblanc was personable and caring.

I see a lot of "Doctor Bashing" in the previous postings. I have been seen by Dr LeBlanc and several of his PA's. Each of them is another personality (just like us), so I'm not surprised in all of the loyalist comments. The ONLY problem I have encountered in his office is the disorganized, disfunctional front office staff. Obtaining referrals,providing prescription updates, and managing the appointment calendar are all things in which they show their ineptness and indifference to the patients that generate the money to pay their salaries. Dr LeBland is not a good businessman and needs a professional manager in his front office to interface with the public efficiently and courteously. Medical care is exellent... getting to it is too difficult... I had to eventually move to another Doctor.

I tried to stay with Dr Le Blanc for as long as I could. It just got so hard. I have been a patient since he started his practice. And even when he sent the letter explaining that he could not prescribe narcotics, I stuck with it. But hard times or no... that office is run badly! I just can not wait 4 hours in the office every time I need to see the doctor when I am on time. The office is a mess. They did not have a/c one time I was in and it was very uncomfortable. They have stopped taking amex but they didn't take their sign off the door... The list goes on. In the end I have to do what's best for me and switch to a more organized doctor.

I have never seen Dr. LeBlanc so my rating is actually for his PA Kim. I was very fortunate to have seen Kim Gilmer and was always impressed with her. I found out on 9-11-08 that Kim is no longer with this practice, and had been gone for only 4 days. The appointment scheduler did not have her forwarding information. I would very much like to still see Kim Gilmer as she is well aware of my medical history and I feel so very comfortable with her. WHERE HAS KIM GILMER GONE? Any information would be appreciated.

This Dr is not even aloud to right pain meds thats why hes under investigation, i dont believe it said Family, General, and Pain did it NO I DINT THINK SO!!! Advise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Did you know everytime you see him he bills your insurence for the most expensive things on that sheet to get more money? His own accountant told him to do that anymore it'll look suspicious. pretty sad if you ask me! Love Kim! Hate Leblanc, Jeff, Daren!!!!

He is a doctor that listens and has empathy.He took time with me and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Many use this forum as an opportunity for personal attack. That is not the purpose.

i have been a patient of Dr lablanc for 6 years. His PA Kim Gilmer has been m primary for this whole time. I have waited 5 hours at a time to see them after my scheduled appt. My sister is currently waiting in the office to see him and has been there for almost 3 hours. What are we doing! he is the most ill mannered doctor on this planet. Kim should seriously move to another office and let Dr. La Blanc sink in his own stink!
