He always seemed angry and irritable and in a big hurry. The pink lidocaine gel to decrease the pain of the freezing needle was applied to my gums for only a few seconds. I learned from my new dentist that you need to hold the gel swab in place for 3 minutes for it to do its job . During a painful procedure I was massaging my aching jaw muscles (I have TMJ) and instead of asking if I was ok or even asking me to put my hand down, he angrily grabbed my hand and threw it out of the way! I felt violated and very angry. After all was finished he then told me that my pain problem "was a function of me". I felt he was blaming me. I left in tears.

He told me on my first visit that I had five cavities which would cost a thousand dollars to fix. I got a second opinion. No cavities. No dollars. The man is a scammer.
