Very unprofessional. We waited over an hour to see the doctor. The office manager walked us to the room after she was finished discussing her 3 month virus with some of her office staff. As she was asking me questions and filling in some paperwork for the Dr. a lady opened the door and asked her what she wanted for lunch. When the doctor walked in, he seemed rushed, frantic and chaotic. He looked at my head, told me the medical term for what he thought I had and gave me a prescription. I had to ask him to slow down and explain what the medical jargon meant. He seemed annoyed and answered my questions. When I took my prescription to the pharmacy,she said that the medication only comes in ointment form, and that she would try to call them, but hasn't been able to get a phone call back from them for the stack of prescriptions they've given with the wrong name previously. I wish I would have NEVER given them my money or time of day. I would rather have skin issues.
