Dr. Kwak is very gentle and patient. His needle pokes are virtually painless. The staff needs to be friendlier. Rarely a smile from the main front desk person and one of the doctor's assistants. They don't seem to like to chat while waiting and it comes off as cold. I go mainly because the doctor knows how to use a needle expertly and without incident. Others in the office are ok.
