Erin O’Farrell is a highly effective naturopath who has managed to cure persistent chronic health issues I have had like no other doctor. Her initial questionnaire was 50% more extensive than my previous naturopath’s. \r\n\r\nI have had a chronic cough for 15 years. I have been to many conventional doctors and specialists. I had been to a well-respected acupuncturist, who also recommended a herbal remedy. I had also been to another naturopath. None had any lasting or eliminating effect. In the latter case, like O’Farrell, she recommended a restriction of diet. However, Erin’s remedy was more extensive and suggested a change to having my dinner at lunch, as well of the timing of different ingestions. Stool testing revealed 2 missing typical bacteria. Other anti-fungals were ingested to deal with mould exposure in the home. Some supplements were changed or added: Mg, Ca, D3. I have found that many of the substances put in the elimination diet had no effect on my health when reinstated. Generally I would say having much less processed sugar and gluten is having beneficial effects for me. Two Elderberry syrups for a week seemed to break the cough entirely, which I still can’t understand. I can now sleep on my side, not vertically - no more lozenges, cold meds, neck warmers, humidifier. It is huge for me. \r\n\r\nWe also largely managed persistent candida on the chest and seborrhoea around the ears. Now, the endless use of cortisone creams to suppress the fluorescence and itching is unnecessary. \r\n\r\nDr. O’Farrell’s manner is warm, calm, reassuring, not dogmatic, very methodical and analytical.
