As Dr. Harmony proceeded to do my massage after my chiropractic treatment, all of a sudden, some new person walked into the office, and literally took over the massaging process, all while my head is down on the table and I can't see what is going on. Dr. Harmony just stated that she will step out and someone else will finish. I guess she had someone else to go see. But the bait and switch feeling was awful. I didn't even meet this person and I have no idea who is now touching me. I never went back because of this.
