I waited 25 mins. for her arrival. She then went to examine the wrong patient who had just gotten finished with her cleaning and left me waiting longer. Even after I told the office staff that she should have seen me first. When they told her, she simply said that she would be in next. No apology, just tried to deflect with small talk when she came in. I will also add that I was feeling unwell and didn't cancel my appt. with less than 24 hrs. notice to be considerate of her time especially since I was a first appt. of the day. It's a shame she doesn't have the same consideration regarding her patients' time.
