I had kidney stones when I was pregnant (30 wks) and she was on call for my doctor. I called her to tell her my symptoms and without seeing me she prescribed medicine for a bladder infection. I had never had a bladder so I didn't argue with her. I ended up being in so much pain that I was puking up the pills. I called her back to tell her what was going on and She got all pissed off at my for not telling her my symptoms, which I did. I was rushed to the hospital and was there for the whole day while they located the stones. I ended up having to pass them cause they can't go in and "zap" them while you are pregnant. She was very degrading to me when she was the one who was at fault. Doctors are not all knowing, they "practice" medicne.
