Ratings for Dr. Gregory A. Rogers
Dr. Rogers seems to care about his patients but his office staff is rude and disrespectful. Also, you are required to see his physician's assistant part of the time to remain his patient. This bothers me as you pay the same if you see the doctor or his physician assistant. The PA seems to care more about filling out his flow sheet than he does caring for the patient. Of course the PA has limited knowledge and you usually end up having to make yet another appointment to see the doctor. Another problem is that lab work is scheduled in a seperate appointment and you are required to pay an extra co-pay for that. Never before have I been required to pay a copay for someone to just draw blood. At any rate, as I mentioned Dr. Rogers is a good physician however I personally believe that you are only as good as the company you surround yourself with. In that aspect it would serve him well to hire people who are friendly and interested in helping the patient instead of how the majority of them are now.
This man's philosophy is to throw a prescription at you and tell you to go home. My mother went to him for a back injury. He had her so doped up on addictive narcotics that she was a danger to herself. Her back healed incorrectly under his care, and three years later she is still in terrible pain. I finally took her to another doc in Tulsa who got her off her medication roller coaster, but I don't think there's anything that can be done for her back at this point. Rogers really destroyed her quality of life for the rest of her years.
