My 4 years old had been to two other pediatric dental offices, and nothing was done. It took the doctor about fifteen minutes to gain control the situation and start working on my son. He was firm,but he was not mean. He made it very clear from the beginning why he need to firm in order to get the job done. And, frankly, I wouldn't be able to spend more than five minutes with my own son when he was acting out. Yes, I waited! and Yes, the office furniture could be updated a bit. His fees are a lot lower than other offices I been to where nothing got done. I have a service sector job, and I know any business dealing with a person (in this care, a very young person); puncuality is a wishful thinking! Think about it, everyone wants to be treated special. How can one expect the doctor to do that? It is a very busy practice, and I get more than what I ask for from him

I brought my 2 year old to her Manhattan office, and quite frankly was not at all impressed. The waiting area was so cramped, and the waiting time was crazy. I waited at least an hour and a half with a restless 2 year old. This is something she should keep in mind, especially knowing she runs a pediatric dentistry. I saw her hygienist's face longer than hers. She popped her face in, counted his teeth, and ran out. I'll pass on bringing him there 6 months from now. We have someone else in mind!
