However the receptionist is extremely rude and this office would rather put a 50$ fee over a babies wellbeing. I was NOT told I had to call the office for my appointment they even confirmed my phone number with me at the time of booking leading me to believe they would call me for my appointment as any other virtual appointment ive had goes.
