Ratings for Dr. Robert L. Lee
First off Dr Lee can not keep an appointment on time. Expect a wait of at least an hour on an early appointment and longer if you are in the afternoon. His staff has screwed up getting prescriptions to the pharmacy on time (then they left for the weekend on a Friday afternoon and left no answering machine on their phone) and failed to test properly for specific items on blood work, despite me reminding them. I wonder if they listen to their patiences at all?
Dr Lee is by far the best physician I have been to, and I've been to a lot of doctors in my 59 years. Some have complained about the waiting. If you do not get in to see him immediately, it's because he spends time with each patient thoroughly conditions, options, etc. My grand kids go to him as well. He is not only their doctor, but many times a psychologist as well. I don't mind waiting a little while, because I know he is giving the patient before me the same care that he gives me. I ask for the first appointment in the morning or the first one after lunch and don't have any problem. What I found with other doctors is they would come in the room, spend 3 or 4 minutes, and move on to the next patient. Totally opposite of Dr. Lee.
Dr. Lee is awesome. He is definatley in this for his patients. He puts in many long hours at the office to see all of the patients who need him. He also takes his patients calls after hours. If you are looking for a great doctor for the whole family, Dr. Lee is that doctor.
