Ratings for Dr. Noor Gajraj
Absolute worst pain management experience i've ever had. I left a bad review on google because I was upset at the lack of care i was receiving. I felt that the PA's weren't listening to me, and that they just wanted to give me opiates and push me out the door. I was begging for some kind of procedure, shots, anything that could give me lasting relief. If they couldn't do that, then some other kind of medication, but they just wanted to do refills continuously. Never re-evaluate my condition, never alter my "treatment" in any way. I was then dismissed as a patient by the office manager because of that review. I tried finding a new pain management clinic, and I was denied because the PA had been writing in my office notes and all I wanted was stronger meds. So now other clinics won't accept me as a patient because... what a shock, those PA's weren't listening to me at all. Dr. Gajraj is an amazing doctor... but after a year, you get handed off to a PA, and never see him again. If I had continued to see him these last five years?? This review, and my life, would be significantly different.
This capitalist doctor should take classes on customer service. I told him the medicine he was prescribing me, was causing some rather severe side effects. His replied as rude as possible "Well, don't take it then." That was it. No mention of something else that might help me, nothing. 30.00 of my money, and an untold amount of my insurance companies money wasted, and down the drain. I will never go back to this guy again.Signed - Craig Motsenbocker, who wants other consumerists to be able to make informed capitalist choices. I refuse to feel the shame that the healthcare industry tries to apply to people who tell the truth.
I have seen pain management doctors for 6 years and I have to say I'm rather disappointed in Dr. Gajraj. My experience is that he seems to want to process as many people through as quickly as possible, he hasn't looked me in the eye and has yet to ask me what my chief pain complaint is. Recently I asked him to refill a prescription and he refused, saying he'd never prescribed that medicine, we went back and forth and when he finally found in his notes he has prescribed it, he didn't apologize! I find him egotistical and self-centered at best. He hasn't looked at my x-rays that were given to him 6 months ago and each month he says he'll look at them and never does. His office leaves a lot to be desired for a professional environment - there are holes in the wall in one office, you can see his personal office has papers strewn around, there is a fair amount of paint missing, it needs an overhaul. NOT IMPRESSED
nice doctor but doesnt believe in anything stronger then vicodin for my pain even when i had been to the hospital multiple times in one months from vomiting and none stop pain and they told me i needed to change my meds he said nothing stronger
I saw this doctors PA Liz Biriki. Helped me tremendously. However I was told by the office staff I had to pay each visit and then they would turn it into my inusrance Humana. Gajraj closed his office and pocketed my money. He never turned it in or should I say his staff(Barbra) never turned it into my insurance and when I did. My insurance paid at 100%. But they can not get my money back becuase they can't find this guy! What a deal! JERK
