I’ve spent 11 years in the Army, 6 within 3rd Special Forces Group as a Senior Weapons Sergeant. I was medically evacuated from our camp in 2019 to BDCS due to a partner force vehicle ramming into ours. I had brief LOC, neck, and back pain. Shortly after I developed drop wrist and lost use of my right arm for a short period of time. I have permanent atrophy and weakness in my right tricep and I have issues with grip strength with my right hand. I have annular tears in my lumbar and bilateral radiculopathy as well as sciatica pain that is confirmed with 2 other neurologists. What does this nurse practitioner do? He says I’m malingering, and uncooperative during the exam which he told me countless of time that, “there’s a specific way to do this” as well as, “just give me yes or no answers.” I was interrupted multiple times and told to essentially not speak. I’ve been in physical therapy since 2019. I also have an EMG completed which proved reduced tricep recruitment, as well as issues with signals to my right hand. He decides that he wants to look at an incomplete EMG that didn’t measure conductivity to muscle. I recently had a neck fusion which the hardware in my neck has loosened and I continue to have radicular symptoms in my upper extremities. Somehow I’m a liar and malingerer when multiple doctors state I have a problem. He said I’m also not in pain. I’ve been on tramadol, percocets. Marinol, multiple muscle relaxers, and have also continued receiving cervical and lumbar injections. Oh hey I’m a malingerer though when both of my MRIs show I have torn labrums, rotator cuff tears, arthritis and bursitis. They continue to have subluxations, and it’s extremely painful to lift my arms. Nope I’m a malingerer. When two separate neurologist confirm sciatica and bilateral lumbar radiculopathy VIA EMGs and Manuel techniques I guess they’re liars too. When my wife is sitting in the room with me and still doing every day care for me in the room such as helping with socks and shoes I guess she’s a liar and doesn’t care for me most days. Can I manage on my own sometimes? Yes and I also not touch my feet when I bend over? Also yes, everyday is different but the baseline is awful and the quality of life is subpar. I didn’t want to leave the Army, I loved my job. When I put on a ruck, wear kit, or load my spine, my arms and legs go numb. It’s kind of hard to accomplish the task at hand. They’ll randomly go numb depending on my posture, how I’m laying down, and sitting. I can go on with the long list of injuries I have. It is extremely unprofessional that this person even considers himself a medical professional. I did all that was asked to the best that I could, but despite the evidence I have on file, he chose to ignore it and pursuit what seems to be an agenda towards soldiers, marines, and sailors who are seeking help for injuries they received in combat. The Care Coalition and legal team at Fort Bragg is aware of how extremely Prejudice this, “nurse practitioner” is. I even received a Call from the PA of the MEB stating how she didn’t understand how this guy came to his conclusions. She stated there is clear evidence and continuity of care for injuries I’ve received. Oh my knee pain is fake? The MRI and ultrasound of both knees with grade 3 and 4 chondromalacia and bilateral quadricep tendonopathy must be fabricated in the land of malingering mutants. I question the vetting process for the VA to contract examiners. I volunteered to do my job in special operations with the knowledge that I’d be taken care of if I was hurt. Avoid this “medical professional” at all costs, he has lost his way in the medical field and is projecting his hate and insecurities on his patients. I had no qualms with this man going in knowing the reputation he has online. The care coalition and the legal team also states that he routinely copy and paste his answers on his packets. I’m honestly at a loss of words for how unprofessional this man is.

This guy is the biggest douchebag i have ever experienced for a supposedly “medical professional” he needs to be stripped of that title for he has zero people skills, literally everything I had to say he would speak over me and interrupt me because I wasn’t answering his questions the way he wanted me to apparently, not to mention he’s disgusting to look at with his filthy pony tail, also the women working the desk was completely disrespectful too so I guess they are a perfect pair in there crap clinic, this guy doesn’t deserve to work on veterans or anyone at that matter, he’d be better off at a local mental hospital where the patients are completely delusional.

Absolutely horrible VA exam that I had with him. Do yourself a favor and do not go to him for your VA exam. He does not listen and he does not go over your medical record. I had surgeries and still in pain, but got all zeros for my VA rating.

This provider is an oversized douch bag with an inflated ego. He doesnt listen and doesnt provide people with grace to understand that people view things differently and even though his inflated NP (not doctor as he wants everyone to think so bad) ego is fragile, he could stand to learn humilty and listen to his patient every once in a while. Do not go to him, his ego wont allow him to treat you properly.

Initial VES exam for COPD with asbestos exposure. Very plain and frank, focused on his job, Did not allow input or look at my records which I had brought but told me "I know how to do my job!" We shall see how it all pans out, as of right now, neither good or bad exam.

Rude, unprofessional, ripping off the VA doing terribly inadequate C&P exams and terrible results. He absolutely sucks and is in it for the money if anything. My wife who is also a NP was there with me and could not believe how rude and unprofessional this guy was. I will be filing a formal complaint against him through VES. Stooges like this give good healthcare workers a bad rap. Seems he's into drum circles and "spirituality" and it reflects in his attitude towards those unlike he is, and the terribly inadequate "fake" exams he breezes through to collect an easy check from the VA... He sucks. Bad. My wife said his exam was so poor, unprofessional, and inadequate that he is literally stealing from the VA....

HE IS THE LEAST KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPAL TUNNEL. I DESCRIBED HIM MY PAIN, HE TURNED AROUND AND SAID I DIDNT HAVE CARPAL TUNNEL BECAUSE WITH CARPAL TUNNEL, I SHOULD FEEL THE SYMPTOMS WHICH I SAID I HAD. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE, I HAD TOLD HIM I FELT, NUMBNESS, TINGLING AND PAIN. HE TURNED OUT AND SAID WELL YOU DONT HAVE CARPAL TUNNEL, BECAUSE PEOPLE WITH CARPAL TUNNEL HAVE NUMBNESS, TINGLING AND PAIN. HE SAW ME FOR LITERALLY TWO MINUTES FOR AN EXAM THAT IS SUPPOSED TO RUN OVER 20 MINUTES AND LIED. I LEFT FRUSTRATED. HE LOOKS THE WAY HE SOUNDS, DUMB. HIS PONYTAIL IS DISGUSTING, DOES NOT LOOK PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
