heard him absolutely scream at his receptionist for asking time off, so unprofessional.\r\n-he’s forgotten to book an urgent appointment with a specialist, making my wait time for the specialist an extra month longer \r\n- when removing a mole, I was almost screaming in pain feeling the cut of the knife, and he told me to be tough because that’s never happened to another patient. \r\n-the scar after removing a mole on my friend was the size of a toonie, while the mole was the size of a pencil eraser.\r\n- I had a very common condition, and he had never heard of it. Google and my friends told me what it was and how to deal with it.\r\n-wait times when you call his receptionist are averaging 10-15 mins on the phone, and when you are at his office you will be waiting minimum 45 mins on average.
