Ratings for Dr. Agnes Hassa
Couldn't say enough about Dr. Hassa, her receptionist on the other hand... I had to call and ask her 3 separate times to fax a confirmation letter of my appointment, each time I was met with hostility and rude remarks, "I'm too busy... well who's gonna pay for the fax?... why do you need it?... I'm the one that does the travel forms... who's to say your gonna show up?" She was very difficult and unpleasant to deal with. It took her 3 weeks to send a simple fax (I did ask her if it would be better to mail it, to which she refused) and she sent it at the very end of the last day of the work week, 2 business days before my consultation. My god! I will be reporting her to the human rights board, I hope more patients do the same. Would hate to hear how she treats/talks to the elderly.
I recently had a bilateral breast reduction by Dr. Hassa. I just want to say that her knowledge, expertise and professionalism is amazing and made me very comfortable and confident that she would be amazing. And she was. She is very talented in her career, she makes you feel so comfortable and explained every step she was taking. From the day I saw her for my first initial visit right to post op after my sergury i have been happy and felt like i had made the best decision waiting for Dr Hassa. Trust me if you have a little wait she is well worth it. I am extreamly happy with the outcome of my breast and also the care i recieved from Dr. Hassa herself and all of her team including her receptionist, nurses and the anesthesiologist. They all made this the very best experience i had. I would highly recommend Dr. HASSA to anyone considering. She is amazing and does amazing work and to top it off she is nice and very personable with her pts.
Dr. Hassa is very knowledgable and makes me feel confident in my surgery and the process. I believe she is the skilled and competent MD that she was billed to be and I'm happy to be her patient. Her receptionist, however is very rude and dismissive. The time from original referral from my surgeon to likely surgery date with Dr. Hassa will be 2.5 years for reconstructive surgery post breast cancer. Dymphna made me feel like being disappointed over that time frame was ridiculous and what should she do "put me in front of other more serious cases?" She needs to learn communication with empathy and drop the snarky attitude.
Dr.Hassa ....what can I say but she is a amazing Doctor and person she performed surgery on me 1 year ago and her and her team are wonderful and RVH team that looked after me 10 plus I recommend her 100% and wish her all best in the future because she deserve it your wonderful Dr.Hassa Thank you so much I am so happy and I owe it u
I first met Dr Hassa for a consultation: for breast reduction surgery re the dicomfort I lived with for many years ..the neck pain, back ache and head aches. All these were minor once I contracted shingles after a cancer related hysterectomy;which then left me with nerve end damage around my torso where my bra circled and the bone support ribs rested. She had so much epathy! Speaks to you on a human level, unlike most specialists . A charming pleasant lady who takes great interest in her patients' individual cases. With a refreshing attitude. Bravo! as for her receptionist; she always returned my calls in a polite timely fashion. Being the first contact to a wide range of patients with individual levels of phone ettiquette: I do not envy her ** Personally my thanks to both of you!! and will highly recommend Dr. Hassa to anyone requiring a Dr. in her specialty
