I arrived for a 10:30 appointment. At 11:30 I asked the receptionist "how much longer" and she answered, "another hour or two." She then, unhelpfully said, "this is Dr. Johanssen's first day back. Was this supposed to mean that upon seeing a foot with toes, the good doctor recoiled in confusion, wondering what this appendage might be? Nonsense. It's not like this was a walk in clinic with very little possibility of predicting waiting times. NO. THIS WAS AN APPOINTMENT ONLY CLINIC WHERE WAIT TIMES ARE PERFECTLY PREDICTABLE AND CONTROLLABLE. THEY JUST OVERBOOK.
