Along with being knowledgeable, professional and punctual Ian is warm and very human. He calls PTs by name (not something some other Doctors do). He is quite accommodating for emergencies and makes constructive suggestions as needed. I have been with him for almost 10 years and have never considered going elsewhere.

Ian takes the time to listen to what's going on and genuinely cares for your well being. Very accommodating for times, especially when you are in pain.

He is fabulous. I had a very sore neck which was causing a lot of migraines. He saw me right away and alleviated the problem. He does not push unnecessary treatment on you. If you need one appointment that is what he recommends.

Very professional and personable and gets great results. For 7 years when I didn't have a family doctor, Dr Cruikshank was my only doctor. What a God-send!

dr ian is a great chiropractor. he does not have you come back several times a week. if he feels one appointment did the trick... that's all you need. he is the best

Caring nature, gentle, knowledgeable, polite, prompt and even goes a little beyond the normal when in distress.
