I had a 6m follow up appt, I never recv'd a confirm. call, After receiving a bill for a no show fee I called the office to ask if they still make confirm. calls they said it was an automated system I asked to speak to supervisor since I had never rcv'd a call, & stated I will provide phone records to prove so. When a "supervisor" got on she never gave her name her exact words were "We can waive this fee for you, but you will need to find another dermatologist." Just unbelievable/unprofessional.

Dr. Housel was very professional and kind as he explained what I could expect during my surgery. He made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. He called me at home after to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend him and his highly skilled team. He did an outstanding job. Thank you Dr Housel for educating me on basil cells and taking care of it so quickly after finding it. His fun, upbeat personality made me at ease.

I drive 2.5 hours to see Dr. Housel. My previous Derm referred me out to a Plastic Surgeon to have my skin cancer removed. He is one of very few MOHs Sureons in Upstate, NY. Staff is very helpful. Dr Housel is also the only MD I will go to for Botox/Filler. I have numerous friends that have had work done- no comparison. His wife Kim is the office Manager- your in great hands with this office.

I never expected to leave an office after having surgery with such a wonderful feeling. Dr. Housel was very competent and also a bit of a comedian. He sang during the procedure to relieve my anxiety. I was so happy with this experience and the way my skin has healed that I would very highly recommend him to family as well as friends.

I visited doctor Housel's office for a full skin check last week and I was so pleased with the office as a whole and especially with the doctor himself. He was so personable, and truly cared about my concerns. I was worried about a mole on my scalp that has been changing and he reassured me that he was not worried about it but that he could never be 100% without a biopsy. He said that he could do the biopsy right then if it would put me at ease, I couldn't believe it! Every doctor I had been to in the past had made me come back for a separate visit for something like that to be done. My whole experience from start to finish was wonderful, and I was in and out of the office within an hour. Kudos to everyone at Housel Dermatology, you are a great office & I will definitely be recommending you and returning!

Very nice and excellent surgeon. I had mohs sugary on my nose and even my primary care mentioned how excellent the site looked.

Dr. Housel is very nice and once in the room was very efficient. However, I had to wait 45 minutes before I was even taken back. Three patients that arrived after me were taken back first. I can only assume and hope they were seeing his PA.

Terrific dermatologist. Dr. Housel is very personable and takes the time to listen.
