I consulted Dr Duranceau on several occasions, and had a carpian tunnel surgery performed by him, at the Cité de la Santé de Laval. I never saw a single smile on his face. He speaks in a rude tone of voice, giving the impression that he does not have the time to take care of you. As a matter of fact, he is always in such a hurry, that he managed to cut my flesh, right in the palm of my hand. He also seems not to take in consideration what you say. As I have diabètes, he should have given me antibiotics, in order to prevent any infection, but he did not. I actually had an infected wound, the oedema going up to the elbow. Over two months after the surgery, I still have problems to use my hand. I am supposed to have the other wrist operated, but for sure, this will not be done by Dr Duranceau.
