Dr Khan is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. She is very thorough and takes time to explain and answer questions. She actually books follow up appointments to see if treatment plans are working and adjusts if needed. I’ve been seeing her for almost 10 years and I’m very grateful to be in her care.

I drove from Kingston to get there. She was 20 minutes late with the appointment. When I was in her office she read my referral, then she told me " I should have read this earlier, I can't do those tests here". She did set-up another referral at Civic Hospital though. But a wasted sick day from work, 4 hours of driving, and $10 in parking for absolutely nothing.

Very pleasant experience. The doctor was prepared for the appointment. Carried out my testing with a full explanation of what she was doing and why . I would not hesitate to go back if the need arose.

She was ignorant during my Phone appointment. She only is available during 3-4 pm for phone appt, but can not give you an exact time. My kids school pick up is at 3:30. I have 3 small Children under the age of 5 and I missed her phone call by seconds and called right back. The receptionist couldn’t confirm if she was going to call me Back or not. She ended up calling and I answered and she blasted me for having to call me Back. Super rude.

As other people have mentionned. This doctor is not cut out for pediatric patients. She lost patience with my kids and was very rude and all because they asked a question to try to keep up with what she was saying. It was their appointment, they are aloud to ask a question and didin't deserve the rudeness.

Not cut our for pediatric patients is true and accurate. I would not recommend taking kids here. The words used in explanations and how the overall discussion went took no consideration for the fact the kid in question was in the room.

Might be better with adult patients but definitely not cut out for pediatric care. Was borderline rude and rolled her eyes everytime my son asked a question. Will not be back.

My family doctor sent a referral to this lady and she totally being ignorant and arrogant and she refused to see me with the statement “Denied referral, you can not get allergies from Covid 19 vaccination” a complete lie being a doctor, not sure why did she get her medicine degree from!

Allergy testing was done within half an hour. In and out! Covid atmosphere not very nice. Brought previous testing that was done for mold and mildews, showed this Dr ... and literally within seconds she threw it on the table. Wouldn't even look at it. When one lives with allergies there whole life ... it would have been nice to be able to talk to this Doctor. I was not listened to by this doctor. Such a waste of money and time. This doctor is one of the reasons many people turn to homeopathy.

Loved how she explained everything and give us directions. We had allergy test and consultation in one go. It was a very pleasant experience. Would defenetely ask to go back to herif we need to
