I tried calling for 3 business days. Yes, 3! Monday - Wednesday. I must of made 60-80 phone calls to this insane medical office. I needed to talk with a nurse about my medications. It was important. Not like 911 important.. but important. Something that needed to be addressed. Nobody ever answered the phone in 3 long days. I left one message. I couldn't leave another message because the voicemail was full and couldn't take any more messages. I didn't know if the place burned down, they were closed down, Michelle got into a car wreck or North Korea hit their place with a bomb!... I don't know! All's I know is that they don't answer their phone.. for nothing. This is a extremely unprofessional place with tons of problems!! Happy Thanksgiving!!

I saw this lady twice. Clean and sober. W bipolar disorder and ptsd. I have on going back pain. Was sent by my doc. Never have i seen such a mess. I felt unsafe from day one. I was discharged for behaveral prob. She said. If telling her i felt unsafe is a prob. She should not be practicing

I was told i was discharged for behaveral problems. Not sure about that. Im bipolar w ptsd. And a learning disability. Sober for five years. I might have said this is bs. Thats it. The ladys were rude. Besides the one at counter. She was nice. Sucks she uses lam e exuses.

It has been my pleasure to see Michele Herring, her staff treated me with respect. Fawn is an awesome front office lady, and has a wonderful personality. My appointments there are a little long, I'm understanding of this as I was once in the medical field and know how all patients are not the same. Michele has made sure I have the medications I need, to keep me comfortable. Thank you for being there for us that need your help.

Michele Herring is a wonderful Dr. She always takes the time to listen to you, even when the office is extremely busy. She's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to your medications. God only knows what we would do without her or her staff. I have read all these horrible reviews about her, they are all such lies. A special THANKYOU to Michele and her staff for all of there hard work, 😊for all of us dealing with chronic pain. I would recommend Dr. Michele to everyone I know. She's the best of the best . Jodee

It has been my misfortune to have gone to Herrings Clinic. Rude, Bi polar, and she thinks she knows More than the Specialists is see and Doctors. For no reason other than having a back surgery, which she sanctioned and recommended I have, I walk in 3 wks. ago and she tells me she no longer wants to see me. All my tests clean and no other reason than her jealousy because he gave me meds after the surgery, for 8 days. Big no no as she is God, or seems to think. So after 14 months on Morphine, I am cut off. She has no business being in the Health Care profession. Never a call back and 100% Rude. She needs to be relieved of her duties. You don't do patients like that. Bottom line.... she's a Nut.!

I would like to mention that I saw Michele for the first time today and was overly pleased with the care from the staff from the front desk to when I left the clinic. Unfortunately, these comments must be left by someone who did not appreciate the outcome of their visit! It appears that these negative comments are possibly from those that I saw in the waiting room next to me. She runs a tight ship and must follow guidelines which I understand. I've been to many pain management providers in the area and finally found someone that treats me like a person and understands my pain, anxiety, and depression. If you didn't like one individual, you should maybe talk to the office manager instead of crudely degrading the practice...obviously you have nothing better to do! I understand you may not like someone but did you inform the appropriate person. I bet you walked away with what you needed and continued to complain..or not! I found this site as I stumbled across on google. She is busy because there are many patients that are thankful for her care. She has amazing classes which I am going to attend. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes dealing with this degradation and demeaning words by unthankful people. Try a day in her shoes with all the laws and regulations.

youll never get a call back, if you do they are rude like they have better things to do. she gossips about patients to her staff, like personal gossip as well as medical. she talks about patients medicine in front of other patients. sometimes seems like she doesnt like her job, she complains how tired she is and how she has too many patients, but sure loves their money! so do her a favor and DO NOT go here!

Lowest of the low service from staff & gossip can also be heard being discussed amongst Michele herring & her staff about other patients. Also, good luck getting a call returned about anything other than scheduling an appointment.
