The front desk staff at this medical practice is horrible. All the receptionists are rude and give way too much attitude to their patients who are there for quality services needed not just for fun. They need to change their whole front desk staff or at least have a sit down with all of them to teach them some basic customer service skills if they don't want to lose all their patients. I, for one, am changing medical practitioners immediately which is a shame because the NP, Cynthia Lidy, there is great. But the staff makes me want to run for the door!
