Waited over 1 hour past appointment time (after arriving 10 minutes early). Lobby is tight and overpacked with hardly any room for a person in a power/wheelchair, staff was unfriendly and aloof, then ushered into a tiny space of an exam room with literally no room to turn a wheelchair around in, barely a friendly greeting from the escort nurse nor Dr Cady when she arrived and then a perfunctory 5 minute exam with a diagnosis and offer of medication that leaves the patient wondering if this is legitimate and no explanation of how, when, where, or even why, no discussion whatsoever, no nice "bedside" manner, just ushered through a production line like a cattle drive to get you processed and moved along for the next one. No thank you, never again. Appointment was supposed to be with Dr Trapp and then told it is with Dr Cady (no explanation) and then wait over one hour for a five minute visual exam by a dermatologist wearing five pounds of make up? No thanks.

The first two times I saw Ms Cady I was impressed. However the last time she seemed rushed and did not care to answer my questions. I am considering seeing Dr Koveleski again as he seems more thorough. She is very young so sometimes wonder if she is as knowlegable as the other dermatologists in the firm. My husband will be seeing her in Jan so I will see how he is treated as he has a real concern over a growth on his forehead. One of the problems can be the new rule of everthing having to be recorded on a computer. She is constantly talking to the nurse in the room so it is hard to get a word in edgewise.
